Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I pled guilty to three consecutive DUIs in California (within a couple of months it was a difficult period of loss). No prior record or violation of probation. I spent 3 months inpatient rehab which cost me around 80k. After six months of sobriety I got an offer for either six months in county jail or 9 months residential treatment. Does this seem reasonable? Also is there anyway the treatment will lesson my stay there?

Given the information you provided, I am unable to tell whether you have been:

-Sentenced on the 3 DUI's or pled guilty and are waiting to be sentenced

-Violated probation on the cases you pled guilty on and are now facing probation violation proceedings
