Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I have a restricted licence due to DUI which requires to have interlock device on my car, which I do. But recently I was riding a motorcycle and was cited for not have interlock device on the motorcycle. CA law does not allow you to have that device on the motorcycle. Give me advice on how to proceed with this citation, I have a court appearance next month.

Advice: get an attorney to represent you and plead your case the best he can on the new charges and the probation violation. You are not allowed to drive ANY vehicle without interlock, period. You don't get a 'freebie' because you chose a vehicle that didn't and couldn't have one. The judge and DA are going to take the position that was an intentional disregard of your probation terms.
