Legal Question in Education Law in California

I am a law student and was in my final year. I got a "57" (3 points from passing) in Constitutional Law in 2009, so school administrator told me to repeat that course, offering to take it with the same professor (who is terrible & would not pass me despite me briefing and participating a lot in class) in Fall of 2010 then taking Evidence in Spring of 2011 with a new professor or another professor (who is a former co-worker of mine; talk about awkward conflict of interest) for Constitutional Law in January 2011, but taking Evidence in Fall of 2010. I was supposed to graduate in August of this year. I was not doing too well on my mid term in Evidence, but that professor told me to study for the final and that "no one flunks". Come after final exam time, i was told by the Asst Dean from my school that I got an F in Evidence and now on Academic Disqualification (mid-March) and that school was going to charge me for entire year tuition ($8,000). I even took the final for Professional Responsibility, but never got a letter grade on my transcript (and professor is a current co-worker of mine! Another conflict of interest!) Now, my "offical transcripts" are being held hostage and I still have to complete another year and a half of law school if I want to become a lawyer all because my school did not respond to my letter of complaint to pro rate my tuition. They are trying to charge me for the entire year when it shows that I completed only one course and received an "F" in it. (Note: I was not able to take my final in my other class of Pleadings & Practice and my mid term in Constitutional Law because I was forced to not attend/complete my education). I have written a complaint to the State Bar, who already advised me they are only regulatory and not able to side with me or the school. What can I do? I want to file a complaint against that school for: misrepresentation of school, violation of business and professions code, fraud for charging me for fees where services not rendered, defamation of character. I too have suffered emotional/mental abuse (school knew I was on disability at work, how they found out I do not know, but I do go to a small law school where gossip is prevalent and confidential matters are not kept that way!)

If you can't pass Evidence or Constitutional Law, you probably would have a hard time passing the Bar exam.

Many schools hold transcripts "hostage" until the tuition is fully paid.
