Legal Question
My brother took POA from my mother after she was dianoised with Alzthemers and Demicha. He had her sign a POA had it notarized, but not recorded! He also had her refinance her home and he used the cash out scince he had asses to her bank account. Can someone in this state sign legal documents? What do i need to do to get the POA reversed?
