Legal Question

Mediation

During Mediation my attorney stated ''if the defense got me on the witness stand they'd rip me a new a**hole and make me out to be a crazy woman''. I shut down emotionally and considered it a threat. Can the settlement signed at mediation be nulled? How do I proceed?
