I have a 2 week daughter. I don't want my X around but he is threatening to take me to court for a paternity test. What will happen if I don't show up

Your ex is using this threat to control you. Contact the local spousal help center and determine if you can obtain a domestic violence restraining order. Go to court if he files a petition for paternity. There is nothing to fear. The court will order you to submit yourself and your daughter to a dna test.

If you do not go to court a warrant for your arrest may be issued by the court ore he may obtain an order giving him custody of the child,
