Legal Question in Family Law in California

After 32 years notified of child from affair , no order of support , name different on birth certificate , no paternity do I owe back support or have legal problem at all?

You don't owe back child support unless there was an order put in place when the child was a minor. You should check to see if a case was ever filed, either by the mother, or by the County Child Support Department.
