agreement after orders

if one mutually agrees after a court order, whats the process of finalizing it? and if a childs attorney is in the picture? if the childs parents comes to their mutual schedule and agreements, do not desire attorneys, even minors counsel, how can they proceed to rid themselves of this system, including minors child?

The parents can easily dismiss their attorneys by signing a substitution of attorney form. The court must order the children's attorney removed. Once the parents begin working together regarding visitation and custody issues the court is willing to remove the children's attorney.
