Legal Question in Family Law in California

Alienation of affections; criminal conversion; adultery in California

What is California's law on alienation of affections, criminal conversion, and/or adultery? Is their any Federal law? I'm the outside party to an adulterous relationship; a divorce is now pending; I've been threatened with legal action and want to understand the libalities. Code Section references and or case law citations would be helpful. Thank you.

Adultery is perfectly legal in the state of California. In fact, many of our judges, politicians and society elites regularly participate in it. As far as alienation of affection, there are a handful of states that allow such lawsuits but California is not one of them I don't know the code section offhand but there is a code section that specifically prohibits lawsuits for alienation of affection in California. You would probably find it in either the Civil Code or the family code. I do not know what you mean by criminal conversions so I can't answer that question.
