can you refer me to the proper person or place to find case law regarding welfare fraud and child support set aside. my ex, while i was already paying court ordered child support filed a welfare case against me in la county, not disclosing the fact that she was ever married with a pending divorce case and was getting child support. i have filed a set aside hearing for this case. thank you

Go to the local law library and check the Rutter group. Try to find a statute for welfare fraud, if you have no luck try contacting the enforcement division of the welfare office and explain what you are seeking. Once you have found the relative statue, there should be accompanying case law on it and the law librarian will be able to help you. If you can do it on-line, westlaw or lexis are both excellent-Martin
