Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a child and spousal support trial going on. My opposing counsel has not submitted her clients Income and Expense Statements after 3 days of trial after several reminders from my counsel that is part of record. The Judge does not help us in any way, she just wants us to move on with the proceedings. My counsel even pointed out that there was no Income and Expense Statement filed by her client in the last 90 days. What can we do at this time? My opposing counsel is claiming child and spousal support from me. Is there a case law or Family Code law, which we can help us in any way? I want to raise this issue in our closing brief, if it helps us in any way.

It is inappropriate to use this forum to try and second-guess the next step your family law attorney should take to protect your legal interests. You should be working with your family law attorney on these trial issues.
