Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello.....

My child's father filed and obtained a restraining order against me and was granted custody due to my failure to appear. the date i was served to be at court the date was changed. Not once but twice. i was never notified of the new dates therefor unable to make it. Since Dvro i have been going back and forth to court to get my child back. i have gone ex parte , filed a restraining order and still no justice. we have been to mediation and because i have a history of seizures and other medical history they said it is unsafe for me to have my child. even after i have submitted letters from my doctor's of my clearance from seizures and little chance of returning. still no justice has come my way. i am only allowed supervised visits with my child. how do i get this drvo thru out? how do i properly infrom them that he lied? how do i make them listen?

from a very heart broken mom
