Legal Question in Family Law in California

Our court case is in California but i live in Georgia now. I havent seen the kid since he was 1 and now he is 5. The mother has denied me visitation despite court orders. I was only able to see the kid if i payed to get her hair or nails done even though i am paying child support. She has said plenty of times that she will get my right terminated and named removed from the BC. Well she hasnt and i want to know how i can terminate my rights or disestablish paternity

Terminating your parental rights will not relieve of the obligation to pay child support. A court order terminating your parental rights may terminate your obligation to pay child support.
