Legal Question in Family Law in California

if you go to court for child support and spousal support and you are denied ,but you found documents that your X wife lied under oath. Do I have to wait till a trial in a year or two for trial or can I ask for a court date to show new evidence/

If those documents you referenced directly relate to the issue of support, then you should immediately file a motion for reconsideration bringing forth these documents as evidence to justify a return to court.
