Legal Question in Family Law in California

I got a court order including spousal support but my ex-wife made false statements in the declaration and is actually living outside the US. is that some kind of fraud? Is she still entitled to receive spousal support outside the country?

Where she lives is irrelevant to your support obligation. If she made false statements related to the calculation of the amount of support that is a different matter. If you have evidence that she obtained an order for more support than she is entitled to, you can file a motion to modify or terminate the support order, but just living outside the country is no reason to modify or terminate support. A divorced person is entitled to live wherever they want and still have their legal rights to support.
