Legal Question in Family Law in California

Someone I dated will not leave me along. He has threatened to ruin my life, get my kids taken away from me, make me not have a job. Every time I try to end the relationship this happens. I have pages and pages of text from him. I don't know what to do. He has photos of me and has gone even as far yesterday and posted all the photos on a private account on Instagram told me he is going to add everyone I know and show them the pictures. He will not stop. He calls me a cunt, bitch, whore, slut ect. He asks me questions repeatedly about my past before we ever met more than 15 years ago and if I don't answer he threatens me again. This has been going on for 7 months and I just can't take it any more. I need help but I am so scared.

You need to go down to your local courthouse and ask for help filing a domestic violence and civil harassment restraining order on him.
