Legal Question
i was deported two months ago to mexico and my son is in the u.s. with my ex mother in law. She refuses to bring my son to me. The judge granted me custody but i have no way of piking my son up because im in mexico. I wanted to know if my brother who is a u.s. citizen can pick him up if i make a notarized letter giving him permission?
