Legal Question in Family Law in California
My divorce decree states that my spousal support should be paid on the 1st for $1000.00 and the 15th for $1000.00. $24000.00 a year. Is the $24000.00 a year supposed to be divided by 26 payments with in that year?

Not if payments are due $1,000 on the 1st and 15th. That would be 24 payments per year.
