driving

If not court order who has to do the driving?Can the parent who has physical custody get in trouble for denining visitation unless other does the driving?Can the other parent get in trouble if child is not home by ordered time?

The best thing to do is work it out with the other parent so the child or children have less anxiety during pick up and return. How about the receiving parent to do the driving? That way each parent does an equal amount of driving and the child or children are out of the conflict.
