Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-husband has been running from his child support obligation for over twenty years now. He has used different social security numbers to accomplish this. I found out that he is currently employed with Fox and Hound Restaurant and has been for several years now. My question is; do I have a case against Fox and Hound for not getting a proper background check? If they had they would have seen the discrepencies with the social security and that he has a child support order against him. The order is from the County of Los Angeles in California, I have an open case in the State of Arizona (Div. of Child Support), and my ex-husband lives and works in Raleigh, NC. I moved to San Diego, CA just under two years ago.

I STRONGLY suggest that you start by contacting the district attorney in San Diego and let them know exactly what has gone on. They have a special division for dead-beat dads and they can place him on a nationwide most-wanted list.

Additionally, if he has been using false social security numbers, then the DA will contact the IRS and they will come down on him like a ton of bricks.

Let me know if you need any additional assistance. I can be reached for private discussion through my website at PasadenaEstatePlanning.com
