Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-wife continues to perjure herself in court and on legal declarations. She has been caught by the judge many times (4 times on just one declaration) and nothing is done. These lies are material to our case and she is aware that she is lying to change the outcome. But nothing happens. I understand that family law can be a cesspool of lies, but the situation is dire and affects the safety of my kids (her leaving them alone in the car while she works etc). I would like to go to the DA with the evidence of perjury and have her prosecuted. I do not expect, nor hope for, jail time, but I do expect that if taken seriously by the DA, she would be less likely to perjure in the future and we could get our issues resolved. its been 10 years of court dates. What is your advise on pursuing a perjury arrest? I am in California

Don't bother. The DA has a LOT more important cases to deal with, particularly if the judge has elected to ignore it.
