Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to file for visitation with my grandchildren. They had been living with me for the past few years and one of them I've had and raised all six years of her life. My daughter and I had a disagreement back in the beginning of January and she decided to move away and take all my grandbaby's with her. She is purposely keeping the kids from me to spite me. Well my question is am i able to file for visitations even though the kids live with both parents who are married? keep in mind the dont have a place of their own as of right now they are living out of a old single trailer with all 5 of my grandbaby's plus my daughter is pregnant. please say there is something i can do.

Your rights to have contact with the children and the children having the rights to have contact with you rests more on the significant custodial role that you played in their lives rather than being the biological grandparent. This is a very complicated area of the law. Your situation requires the assistance of an experienced family law attorney.
