when filing for divorce, if the house is in husbands name and wants to sell it, will there be an issue selling house if wife's name is added to mortgage?

That does not make sense. If the house is in the husband's name and he sells it, title will be held by the buyer. The buyer is going to sign the deed of trust that encumbers the property.
