Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was giving a temporary restraining order on 12/18/2014.I have two kids with my girlfriend she is claiming that I have hit her multiple times in different period that I have pointed a gun at her that I pulled out a knife on her that ive broken her phones that ive threatened her and slshed her tires.All these things are lies I have a clean record ive never been arrested or convicted.What do I do where do I start do I stand a chance at winning?I have surrendered my firearm to the police already I am twenty three years old please help I don't have money and now I don't want to lose my family either. thank you and God bless
