If the grandmother of a child not only used but attempted to purchase drugs off the father of said child, would she recieve the same charges as him if he admitted to the crime

Not necessarily from the facts you have given me. Selling drugs is a more serious offense than purchasing. Was any of this done in front of the child? If so, both could be charged with child endangerment as well.
