Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a hearing coming up regarding parents taking children to extra curricular activities during custody time. I have several coaches who want to provide statements in support of me as a participating father. Should I just include their statement on the Declaration and say this is the feedback from so and so? Or is there a specific form and should I have the statement notarized?

Unless the other side stipulates at trial to allow these declarations to come in, the declarations are considered hearsay under the evidence code. You would benefit greatly by retaining the services of an experienced family law attorney to assist you on this case.
