Legal Question in Family Law in California
Hi
My husband wants separation as he has a 2nd wife back in origin country and he wants to bring them here. I am unemployed, he is self employed, hardly maintains basic need of the family. Every now and then he borrows money from the lenders to support his so called businesses and families. He has nothing but Probably more than $50,000 loan - personal +student loan without my knowledge. Am I liable for this debt if we go for divorce? We have 3 children, 19, 17 & 4 year old, we are US citizen.
