Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi, I am the Husband. I had an agreement with my wife. She sent me the divorce papers and she wrote no assets, no debt we share, no child and no support was asked. Is there any tricks in this form or it is straight forward.

Have not seen the papers but if you have assets they need to be divided. You can't say no assets if you have property.

If you have children you can't waive child support and I doubt any judge will approve that.
