If a husband fathers a child outside of the marriage, and the wife just finds out, what legal course against the husband happens?

The wife will probably want a divorce. Or are you asking about the parentage rights as to the child fathered outside of the marriage?

The husband will be responsible for support and maintenance of the child from another relationship. Obviously, the parties to the marriage should consider marriage counseling and a review for the relationship is in light of the foregoing.
