Legal Question in Family Law in California
me and my husband have been married since 12/31/11 and today is 3/1/12 we have been seperated for about 7 months we went to vegas got married we were unaware what we were doing which had to many drinks we tried to make it work but after 6 months snce the (marriege) we seperated how do i get an annulment were do i go ??

Your math skills are lacking. If you got married on New Year's Eve, then you have been married two months. Your six and seven month figures don't make any sense.
You should redo the math and repost in the category for Nevada attorneys to answer.

Mr. Roach is wrong about Nevada attorneys if you have been California residents for six months or more. If so, it is a California divorce/annulment matter, not Nevada.
