Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is my ex husband able to receive alimony now that I've remarried?

Divorce has been final for several years. Documents filed stated father is to pay children's medical ins. premium and half of all child expenses (ie, daycare, school supplies, etc.) No child support or alimony. However, I am now remarried and I pay all med. expenses (which I offered to pay half of only) Ex has not paid any insurance and now owes me thousands of $$ for back pay . Question is, if I try to have his wages ganished, can he counter sue for spousal support now that I am remarried? Custody is 50/50, but I am paying for almost all expenses with the idea that he will ''pay me back''. Yet...he never does.

The question of alimony/spousal support should have been resolved on final papers. Most of time both sides wave rights. Need to look at Maritial settlement Agreement and see if it was ordered as such. If so, likely not.
