Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband is refusing to pay alimony it was court ordered for 13 years and he has paid 6 years he says he doesn't have to he is retired and has a pension and a social security benefit that is being paid to him so he has a good income I have been struggling for the past two years what are my rights and do I have a right to receive some of his pension he has given me less money then the court ordered divorce papers had stated

The support order should remain valid and is accumulating interest at a rate of 10% per year. It would seem sensible to go in to court on a request for order for enforcement and possibly contempt. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to assist you on this family law matter.
