Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have joint custody of my kids but mother is the primary. There is an active court order. She has moved from california to Arizona with out notifying me or the court. I found out where they are living. I got the child abduction agency involved and also filed a contempt with the court. Unfortunately it was dismissed because I couldn't serve her. Once again she has moved and I have no idea where they are.Due to the fact that the court dismissed the contempt charge the child abduction agency refused to continue with this matter. What do ido

You should return to court on a request for order to get ex parte sole legal and physical custody of the children. It may be necessary for you to appear in court on a number of occasions to extend this request and reissue the orders while you search for your ex and the children. You should enlist the services of a private investigator to help you as well as persist on pursuing federal prosecutor relief on finding your family if your ex has moved to different states and is in violation of federal child abduction laws.
