Legal Question in Family Law in California

We have a joint legal custody order already in place. The father has changed health care and educational things with out informing me or consulting me(mother) even though the order states both parties are to consult over these issues/concerns. What can/should I do?

Participation in coparenting counseling should alleviate this problem. If it does not, then you should return to court to get specific orders to address this problem.
