Legal Question
A lady was married 1 year ago to an illegal alien and has since discovered that he just wanted papers. How can she get out (divorce ?) of the situation. She owns a condo (in her name only - not using his name) which was purchased before the marriage. He is now making comments (physically threatening) to her which is making her afraid of him. Help !
