I want to know on my dissolution of Marriage my name is incorrect. Does that mean that it's not consider legal that the papers are falsefied. Because if I get married again can he come back and say we weren't ever divorce because they did not fill the forms out correctly and put all of my information on the forms correctly so the divorce is void.
