Summary Divorce obtained in NV by ex without property settlement agreement, ex claimed ''none''.However we both reside in CA with CA community property and also assets outside of US. What can be done to get CA court decide division of property, since we are both CA residents and NV has no jurisdiction over out of state property. Ex had established the 6 wks residency in NV to get the divorce.

You need to file an action in California to divide the property. This will not be a dissolution, but will be in the same courts as a dissolution. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
