Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was legally married a very short time (less than 3 years). He was on Active Duty and we had two children together during that time. I filed for Divorce in California and it was finalized in August of 2013. He was ordered to pay child support and provide Health Insurance for both children. I received child support from August until February 2014. Since then I have not received a dime, and he is no longer covering their Health Insurance. What are the steps that need to be taken? I know where he is employed (he is no longer Active Duty, he is in the Reserves now) and where he resides. He is also paying child support for other children that he had previously as well. I have copies of Divorce Decree and copy of papers from DEERS saying they are not covered for Health Insurance. Any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to go to the Department of Child Support Services in the County where you live.
