Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex lied to get huge amount of money from me as we attempted to reconcile. My son suffered from some depression cause I lost apartment, went on food stamps and many other financial burdens. Can court order lie detection test? Money came from divorce. Any way to get my money back? Is this abuse?

Lie detector tests are so unreliable that they are not allowed to be introduced in court. As to the remainder of your questions much more information is needed to answer it. You should contact and attorney discuss this matter with the attorney.
