Legal Question in Family Law in California

A lump-sum payment in lieu of any future child support and spousal support payments, (ex-husband) failed to pay full amount as agreed, and he stopped paying any support . Commissioner ruled agreement is void, (we acted on behalf of the court), child support was reinstated. Pending OSC for Contempt hearing on 10/27/2014, to ask court to reinstate my permanent spousal support and I never received answer from respondent. Q: Can I win this case without an Attorney?

No, but you don't listen when an attorney tells you anything anyways. As I explained to you on several past occasions, an OSC for contempt is not what you use to get an order in place. It is only for enforcing an order. Some judges would sanction you for trying to enforce an order that is no longer in place or that was declared void.
