Legal Question in Family Law in California

been married for 14 years, we have a savings account together, but I'm listed as the beneficiary , am I entitle to any of these funds? I thought this entire time we have been married it was our account

The threshold question that has to be answered is a determination of the source of the monies in the account. If any of the monies are earnings during the course of the marriage, then those monies are community. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your options.
