Ive been married for 16 years but separated for the last 6 years. Can my soon to be ex wife get any parts of my retirement and spousal support?

Any retirement earned during marriage is community and she will be entitled to a share. Your length of marriage may be counterbalanced against your ex's need for support and the length of your separation without any support.
