Legal Question in Family Law in California

hello, I am going through mediation for a divorce and need to know if i have a legal right to half my house. it was purchased 5 years ago. my ex wife and i married 4 years ago and had lived together for 3 years before the purchase. we used a V.A loan so i wasnt able to be on the loan because we were not married yet. although my credit was pulled and i had to supply my financial information, along with gifting 5k for the escrow account. Do i have any legal right to this house either from common law marriage or domestic partnership?

Contact a local family law attorney and make an appointment. Then gather all documents regarding the purchase of the house and payment of the mortgage after the purchase.
