You must file a request for order to modify the current child sharing order. If you currently have supervised visits you would do well to consult with an attorney to get the best possible result or to determine if you can benefit from seeking a modification. If it has been over ten years since the current order, you are almost certain to get an improvement in the child sharing. If you bring a motion the other parent will probably reply with a motion to modify child support. Know where you are stepping out to before you make the step. Consult an attorney.
