Legal Question in Family Law in California

I owe 196,000 in back child support in san diego county.My ex-wife never recieved any help from the state in money or medi-cal.My children are 24,23 now and the still keep charging me interest.Can my ex-wife drop the judgement against me if she says her and I have squared up the debt.?

Yes you and your ex wife can reach a compromise on the arrears owed. If so then you can draft up agreements to be entered as court orders to eliminate the arrears you owe. The first step to reaching a compromise is reaching out to her and seeing what amount would she be agreeable to.
