Legal Question in Family Law in California

How much of the owed child support money does the state get out of the money my husband owes me for back child support if I was on welfare? My husbands owes me 180,000 dollars of court ordered child support he never paid a dime of. I had to go on welfare cause I had 4 kids under the age of 9 and never received a penny from him. He will be receiving a lot of money from his inheritance and I was wondering if I can put a Lein on it ? How much would the state be entitled to?

The state will recover the amount that you received in welfare. Notify child support services in your county. They should take action to collect the total amount of child support due, and forward your share to you.
