Legal Question in Family Law in California

What happens when one party doesn't sign the after hearing order? Is there a time limit of when it should be signed? Also, if one party's attorney sent it to the other party's attorney, does that mean the attorney of the other party is responsible for signing or making sure it's signed by a certain required date. Please advise.

The appropriate step would be for the attorney who is not completing the order to be sent a letter confirming that if they don't return a signed order by certain date )or changes or corrections to that order by that date) the order would be sent to the judge. Please consult with your attorney about the next procedural steps.
