Wife wants to set residence in mainland China.
Do I have to pay child support to China???
The cost of living over there is so low, do I get a reduction in payment amount???

Re: Do I have to pay Child Support? This will depend on many factors. The PRC is a community property country, but I have not dealt with child support issues with the PRC. The PRC and USA are not on the best of terms with one another, which will only make things more difficult, not better.
