Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can a Petitioner and a Respondent have the same address when filing for a divorce? Both parties do not want the married title any more but still lives together.

There's no prohibition with both parties continuing to reside in the same residence even after the divorce is complete. Sure. Perfectly fine and not really all that uncommon if they are getting along well enough for that to work.
