Phone blocking

Is it legal, or is there anything that can be done legally to prevent my sister-in-law from having my phone number blocked from calling her house? My brother does not know she did this, because I have no way of reaching him. She knows there are medical reasons that I need to be able to contact him, and she has also threatened and attempted suicide. What can I do?

Yes, it is legal and no, there is nothing that you can do legally to prevent it. Have you tried writing to your brother, or reaching him at his place of employment?
